Level Up delivers a curated newsletter for leaders in tech by @patkua. Ideal for busy people such as Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, VPs of Engineering, CTOs and more.

Welcome to the inaugural issue of Level Up. As the former CTO of N26, I had a habit of sending a weekly/bi-weekly email with updates about current topics, discussion about what I’ve been seeing and heads up about the general direction. I had a lot of positive feedback about the format, particularly about the gifs I used to include.
Although I won’t promise you many gifs, I hope you will learn and grown. As a person passionate about growing other leaders, I see leadership as helping others to Level Up, hence the name!
In my current role, Chief Scientist, I’m consuming significant amounts of new information. I can imagine a lot of what I’m reading or researching will be useful for new or existing engineering leaders, so I figured I’d start sharing a newsletter with interesting articles and links to help you level up.
I plan on sending this on a weekly or fortnightly basis at the start.
Please send me feedback and share with others if you find this useful.

This is a great observation.

Transparency = Everyone can see all the stuff.

Legibility = Everyone can make sense of what's important. https://t.co/k5Cy0cGEzW
